Developed to create a lower cost custard without compromising on quality.
MIXING & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. To 1 litre cold water add 1 kg custard powder and mix well to prevent lumps.
2. Add the paste to 9 litres of boiling water
(7 litres if using the Regular Custard Pre Mix).
Stir while adding paste to boiling water.
3. Cook over low heat for 8–10 minutes.
