The range includes a variety of premixes available in 1kg packs, with each pack yielding approximately 4 litres of finished cooking sauce—which provides sufficient sauce for approximately 10kg of raw product, ideal for catering and large-scale food preparation.

MALORA BUTTER CHICKEN SUGGESTED RECIPE
A rich and creamy classic made with tender chicken simmered in a flavoured creamy sauce with aromatic spices.

INGREDIENTS
- 8kg Chicken breast fillets
- 600g Onion
- 40ml Oil
- 1kg Malora Butter Chicken Premix
- 4lt Water
- 400g Green peppers – chopped
- 40g Crushed garlic
- 400ml Fresh cream
- Full cream plain yoghurt (optional)
METHOD
- Add butter chicken premix to water
- Whisk till dissolved
- Cover the base of pot with oil
- Saute onions, peppers and garlic
- Add chicken and brown lightly
- Stir in butter chicken
- Cook until thick, stirring regularly
- Add fresh cream
- Serve with full cream yoghurt (optional)
TIP
Best served with naan, rice or steamed basmati rice.
